Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made on or before May 30, 2026 are subject to a full refund less an administration fee of $75 + tax.  Registrations cancelled between June 1, 2026 and July 4, 2026 are subject to a 50% refund.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 4, 2026.  

Please note: If a registration is submitted after July 4, 2026 there will be no refunds issued in the event of a cancellation.
